● Costway provides a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase by the original purchase date.
● Extended warranty provides maximum 2-year limited repair or parts replacement warranty with on-site service in certain areas. This can be only redeemed by Costway Coins and Costway Warranty Card.

Shipping Information
● We offer FREE standard shipping in the US and Canada for massage chairs. Standard shipping includes placement inside your front door or garage. Delivery can only be made inside the front door on the ground floor of multi-level housing. NOT INCLUDED: Placement in your room of choice removal of packing materials and assembly are NOT included.
● We provide white glove service include: placement in your room of choice removal of packing materials installation and power test. There will be an extra charge for white glove service( only available in Vancouver at present).
● Zero Gravity and Yoga Stretching: One-button zero gravity design keeps your feet and heart at the same level to simulate a weightless state helping reduce the strains on your spine and back. There are 3 levels of zero gravity angles for you to choose from. And it comes with yoga stretching function to relax the muscles of your whole body.
